How to redeem a prepaid card

Okay, so I'm apparently stupid, because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to redeem my prepaid card I just bought. I followed the thing on the card, and all I can find is ways to make me buy more.

Please help out a functionally TRIBBLE fellow player.
