Screen flicker,menus and minimap

i dont know if anyone else has this graphics problem but where the minimap is top right of screen it flickers not massively but enough to notice,also on menus like exchange etc a flickering effect mostly at the top of menus,oh well guess ill get in the queue behind everyone else
