Omega Kinetic Shearing not only doesn't work, it in turn reduces the dmg of the Torpedo actually fired into minuscule dmg. Granted, the negative effect seem only impact up to 3 stacks, hence you can see from the same Torpedo Spread III, some TS III, within the same volley, are doing single to two digits dmg while others are doing 5 digit damages.
