bugged bank slots

Just noticed 3 slots in a character's bank that have no proper icon, just a dark square with a count of 10 in the lower right corner. They get sorted like other items (but always at the end) and can't be manually moved or removed from the bank. Right click gives info and cancel options, and info gives a blank info popup window. This junk wasn't there before season 9, not sure if they added or replaced something else.

I have two bank slots that have no proper icon, just a dark square with a number signifying they are in a stack. They used to be some kits I had, but hadn't used for a long time, so I placed them in the bank.

My Ticket ID is #2,436,149

Is the number 10 on your stacks as well? I have no idea what mine could have been originally, I don't think I had 3 kits in my bank.

Yes, I ahve 3 stacks with 10 blank items each. Originally reward packs for nukara ground missions.

Same issue here. I have one black bank slot with the number 6 on it. Filed a bug report.

Same issue. They're definately the old Tholian equipment packs. I wrote a bug report about this on tribble before launch but it looks like they didn't get around to fixing them

I have the same issue---including them being in my MAIL!

Always funny when you get a ticket number that's huge ([System] [TicketCreated] Successfully submitted ticket ID #2,436,793.) lol.
