I have an idea. We players can fix the bugs.

Ok I found a working work around for this issue as I doubt they will fix it.
f Open you Logitech gaming software. The icon looks like a game pad. At the bottom left you will see Axis X and Axis Y
Create new Axis X and map the left turn to "A" and the right to "D" the rename it Turn... or something like that.
On Axis Y do the same thing only map to "W" for UP and "D" for down.
Now they cannot break it unless they take away keyboards as well and then no one can move.
I am not sure if the joystick thing was an error, oversight or them being mean. But this will work and it takes the DEVS out of the picture.
Still the best way to get them to fix the errors is to stop giving them our hard earned money.
I will not pay another dime until they fix this issue along with other game breaking issues. If enough of use spend our money on or families and other things we will find that we are a lot happier and some people may even get a girlfriend. having a good woman is nice but you have to get off the computer to do it. These game breaking issues will allow many to actually save money and go on a proper date. You never know you may get lucky. In fact you have a better chance of getting lucky on a date than a ship from a lock box.

I'm sick of seeing the game being spammed to death with those stupid lockboxes. If i could, i'd hurl a plasma grenade at it and watch it burn. That would be more fun for me
Oh, and they knew about the controller issue in tribble forums. People reported but they released the patch not caring who it affects. I saw the thread.
Tribble is meant for bug squashing but seems to me they are testing nerfs, and bugs out, because it all comes over to holodeck
Even the featured fleet projects are not listing now. But no fixes for them either in tomorrows patch.
Im appalled at how they are treating the player base. It's all about the dollars
