blacked out items

I have (I believe they were Tholian boxes) all blacked out in my bank inventory.

They still show the number I had. There is no other information about the box it show no information but believe one was purple, 10 blues and 10 greens all blacked out. Cant move them look at them or open them they are taking up spots and cost money or time to acquire.



When will i be compensated forthese items.

    I have the same bug.

    30 box (3 stacks of 10) purple box from nukara ground missions (from queue).

    Yeah, got 3 myself. Not sure what they were though, I know they were, but thinking about it they were probably the tholian boxes from Nukara.

    I have the same issue, have a bunch stuck in our fleet bank too... they are for sure the tholian packs. Also all the packs have disappeared from the exchange.

    I am also having this blacked out items issue.
