Forced Skill Respec - Not all Traits Visible

Upon logging in on my main Ferengi toon and clicking on the reputation tab section, I get a message that "Your character requires a skill respec to be able to view or choose a reputation skill" with a "View Skills" button. If I click this button or go to the skills tab manually, I get the message "skills invalid" in the right, bottom of the skills screen. If I click the "respec" button from here or go to a respec trainer at ESD, I am unable to respec my skills. Of course, I do not have any respec tokens and certainly hope this is a bug and not a money grab. Also, the only traits that show up in the trait selection (right side) of window are ground traits - no space traits are showing up at all.
When I login on my alien toon on the same account, these problems are not present. I will check all my toons and report back in this thread. :eek:
EDIT: the problem reported above is only happening on the Ferengi toon. I have 7 other toons on this account and the problems reported above are not happening to them. However, my Romulan toons do have the issue with multiple romulan operative traits locked into the new trait selection as mentioned in another thread.
