I feel I should post a bit of a warning, or rather call it a disclaimer. Drain builds can be powerful and if you Feds really want to go this route then more power to ya  but realize this: we, the evil Klinguns, will counter your drains with our own, more powerful drains. In fact, it's already happened. Just realize that when you're getting drained by a hobos team with siphon drones, aceton assimiliators, and interceptors, it was you Feds that brought this upon yourself.

I did not have a drain build until Feds started creating premades built around it because I've always realized that it's one of the least fun strategies to play against. But now the gloves are off, the siphon drones are out, and the Fed tears will flow if only they still had enough energy to power their tear ducts.

They definitely need to give Feds the Aceton Assimilator, and the Vesta a second hangar for two wings of Siphon Drones.
If you feel Keel'el's effect is well designed, please, for your own safety, be very careful around shallow pools of water.

Yeah, but I wouldn't like to be on the receiving end of a doffed Scramble Sensors 3 from someone who went over the top (is 299.1 the unbuffed max?).

Lol, had to quote myself after this gem came in the new blog for the Undine lockbox:

    Psychological Warfare (Space)
(Passive) Improves the effectiveness of all of your abilities which Control the enemy. This includes all of the following effects: Confuse, Disable, Hold, Knock, Placate, Repel, Root and Slow.

    All hail Cheesus!

Heeey, do you s'pose the Scramble DOff will kick off its effect in combination with Intimidating Strikes?

Remember scramble gives a timed immunity to confuse effects. Probably to avoid the kind of effect you're talking about.

Now, if only cleanses would give timed immunity to being able to be reapplied.

ST clears all confuses and placates. Or at least Scrambles and Jam.

But does it clear the doff debuff?

That I don't know. I want to say it does, but maybe someone with more experience can give you an absolute yes or no.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.
