Particle Fragment stuck in Inventory from Junior Officer Event

I ended up with a stray particle fragment from the Junior Officer event over the weekend and now that item is stuck in my inventory with no way to sell, discard or delete it. The only options when right clicking on it is Info or Cancel. Cryptic you need to make it so we can delete this fragments as I am sure I am not the only one with these now stuck in our inventory.
