Has to be the longest serving Starfleet Ship of significance: Excelsior Class
From launch until the Dominion war she was always out there.
In TNG whenever an Adm arrived to pay Picard and the Enterprise a visit - most times they arrived in an Excelsior.
The funny about the Excelsior since it's first appearance in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, all the way to Star Trek Voyager: Endgame, is that it was never pulled into the limelight. During Kirk's time it never became the Enterprise, unless you count Star Trek: Generations, for all of the 10 minutes it was on screen. I struggle to find the words of what to say about the Excelsior, its not bad but its not great and I suppose that may be why it never got center stage.

Center stage and limelight will be installed on Tuesday.
My favorite is my Fleet Assault Cruiser kitbash.
Saucer: Imperial
Hull: Nobel
Neck: Sovereign
Pylons: Regent
Nacelle: Regent
STO: Where men are men and the women probably are too.
I support the Star Trek Battles channel.
I remember being a kid and sitting in the theater with my Dad watching Star Trek the motion picture. The scene when Kirk and Scotty are in the Pod pulling up to the Connie Refit. It was love at 1st sight. Nothing conveys majesty like that ship.

In game the Excel is one of the strongest Starfleet crusiers - kind of funny for an 150 year old ship!
Fed: Intrepid. Specifically a kitmash of Intrepid hull/pylons with Bello saucer and nacelles. It's purdy...
KDF: Hard to choose. I loved the Negh'var in the shows, but without the underbelly pods, it's kinda flat. I like the menacing look of the Bortasqu'. But I think my vote goes to the good ole B'rel. Can't beat the classics sometimes.
Romulan: Daeinos Destroyer. Actually my vote for single best looking ship in the game IMO.
Other Factions: Jemmie Heavy Escort. Purple yumminess. Love the lines at the very bow of the ship.
I love the tal shair ships, You can tell ever who at cryptic designed these ships put alot of thought into it. I would love to see a tal shiar expansion with a whole Legion of new romulan ships intergrated with borg tecnology. They already have the scimitar from the fleet mission, they just need about 20 more. Best looking ships ingame to me, all three(tal shiar adapted battle crusiser, tal shiar adapted destroyer and the borg scimitar).

For the KDF I would say the K'tinga/D7, nothing looks as imposing as them baring down on a ship.
