MU Rep Project Reward Error

It is not letting me receive the rewards!!

It keeps saying I do not have enough room in my Inventory when I have at least 30 slots.

HELP Devs! Please!

    Do you have space in your DOFF roster? That is where the DOFF goes automatically. If you don't have space there then it won't allow you to collect it.
