VO's for the First Contact Day missions is borked

It's repeating every time I map move. I log in a brand new toon and I immediately get hit with: "Second patrol squadron; here to help repel the invaders!" I transwarp to the mission start and hear the same message. I zone into the mission...same message...I map move to the start of the weapons test...same message. I finish the mission and am back in sector space... you get it. =P

I'm even hearing it in ESD. It's like this particular VO, whether or not you are Romulan just kind of follows you around from map to map. It's getting a bit irritating.

    Now the VO's are stuttering and continually looping, getting progressively worse the longer I am on line. The lag is also getting rather bad.

    You get the support ship VO based on which ever faction you run the mission with the first time. If you log out and log back in it seems to go away. I don't know if this will be fixed or not since the mission is only available for a short time.

    Did you fully exit and restart the game client?

    Once. The VO's continued to repeat and stutter; the lag is currently so bad I can't do anything in the missions themselves.

    I'm getting the same, stalked by an NPC of whatever faction I'm currently playing as.

    Apparently, I will not die this day.

    It seems to be, whatever race you play through it with first, is the one that will start stalking ya all over the game. The only way to stop it, it seems, is to completely exit the client and restart it from the launcher. Now, tell me...who the frak wants to do that after *every* run? I have 30 toons to do, well, did. I shouldn't have to exit the game and come back in after each 2 minute missions just to stop a repetitive, looping VO.
