MVAM Bug

I was doing MUI earlier today on my fleet advanced escort, used the MVAM and at some point during the run the ship put itself back together yet still showed the piece i was using. I had not told it to go back together, and no matter what I did I could not get the other two pieces to reattach until after I left the mission. I could also not switch to another piece.

Sorry if that is kinda vague, I am unsure of how to word it any better. :(
