Something for you guys to remember when wanting the Foundry to provide more rewards. I'm all for it too but Cryptic has had a lot of problems with exploiters..well exploiting the Foundry.
Every time they boost the rewards they exploiters go in and trash it. It's like for every hour of work they can put into improving the Foundry they spend 2 having to redo the work so people can't exploit it.
well there has to be a way to improve the rewards for qualifying missions. I strongly believe a good story mission should have greater rewards. not just that story should be more rewarding but time played as well. some foundry missions are easily around the hour mark.
if players can earn more dilithium in 5-10 mins vs playing a quality mission for a hour I'm pretty sure they do the quick dilithium.
how easy is it for exploiters to make a clicky easy grind type mission that qualifies for rewards??
To clarify I believe it's not double rewards but 1440 flat extra...but correct my correction if I'm wrong.
Custom rewards would certainly be interesting although personally I feel like it'll just drive players to keep playing Spotlight missions and ignoring non-spotlight ones. I think that needs more attention.
In addition to bonus rewards available for spotlight missions, add bonus rewards to those you get in the proposed new system where they might pop up randomly or through being in the area the mission starts in.

I've always been of the opinion that players should get an extra reward for playing a qualified mission that they have not played before. It'd encourage people to try things out side of spotlights (once they've played them all) and be akin to a kind of "exploration" reward.
As for getting missions to qualify...Getting them to qualify is pretty easy. However getting a grind/exploit mission to stay qualified is different as people will rush through them as quick as possible dropping the average play length.
