Republic day is comming

We get to meet the crew of the Llesseit and get a non combat ground pet. It's a Nanov. Yippee

    I would have liked to seen an Honour Blade; but then again, these are the hippie Romulans.

    Where's your source? Nothing shows up about First Contact Day / Day of Honor for this year in a Google search; there is nothing in the Galactic News Network forum about this.

    How about a shard Sword of the Raptor Star, this is in game and can be crafted from a piece of the original sword.

    Okay, I see it. So what's the problem? Nanovir are cute.

    My Romulan Diplomatic Entourage guys occasionally mention that "I hear some people are starting to keep Nanovs as pets."

    I know Nanovs are kinda cute. I wanted one when I first saw one :D Although, I REALLY want the mother Nanov :)

    The reward doesn't seem very symbolic compared to the other faction rewards but I guess if you get hungry you can always have calamari.:P

    What I think they should do is not have First Contact Day, Republic Day, and Day of Honour all on the same day.

    First Contact happened on April 5th.
    The Republic was not founded on April 5th
    and something similar for KDF.

    Let the Feds have their event on April 5th.
    Let the Republic have their event on a different day, the devs can make up a date the Republic was founded.

    yeah.... except people wold be complaining "I dont have an alt that can do this event, boo hoo" it's easier to have all factions have a similar event at the same time.

    Well for the sword of khaless shard: from an in-character pow only the players own character went to sto vo kor, only only one person has that thing.

    For the raptor sword: we found it, so it would be legit...

    Well my romulan is female... Not sure if she is into that kind of stuff though... We will see,if she likes it...


    But I'd really love to have that Pretor staff... Would fit perfectly into the rp background...

    Though I suppose they also got in common with each other is that they're both spineless and spend most their time moving around on their bellies.:P

    Its from Jar Jar Trek so its not going to happen and before someone says "its from the prime universe" ... thats not the issue, the issue is that its a visual prop from the movies and thus copyrighted by Paramount (same with the Jellyfish) so licensing is harder considering the grip Jar Jar have over the JJ Trilogy.

    Like I said, an Honour Blade would work nicely for everybody.

    the UFP gets a pet, thus the expectation should really be a pet. not some super duper peice of gear. Klingons getting a weapon is, IMHO sort of the oddman out and they proably should have gotten some cosmetic thingy instead.
