No Doff Security Assignments since downtime?

Not sure if this should be in the DOFF section or here as I'm not 100% there's a problem or just a supreme amount of bad luck, but I'm suspecting the random number gods don't hate me that much, can others check see if it's just me?

I've visited 6 different sectors since the downtime earlier and while my other department heads have their usual assortment of missions the security head hasn't had a single one.

    Well I have filled up on the security ones on mine, I have noticed a lack of first officer missions but security seems fine.

    RNG just hates you. Security department head has the second least number of assignments after the First Officer so it's very common for multiple sectors to have no assignments show up on that department head.

    Just tried again and honestly I think I'm a bit beyond RNG issues and into being bugged. My other toons are getting normal selections of missions, on my main I changed Security head (just a hunch in case that was a problem) and did tour the galaxy checking every single system along the way (and then went to the couple I didn't have time for and then went to the 2 Dyson zones, not a single security head mission anywhere.

    Might not be something that's happening to everyone but think I'm beyond bad luck here, I'll check one more time in the morning after the sector updates, but with the results so far I think I know the result.
