Alright, so earlier today I bought 5000 worth zen recharge through paypal for a change (usually buy through my credit/debit direct).
My paypal account shows Perfect world has the cash, but the perfect world still shows 'Reviewing'.. what's the issue? I know it says 24 hrs till transaction, but I'm getting worried now, as it takes mere seconds with the usual way of my recharge and currently am regretting for trying paypal.
I'm also unaware how to put a ticket anymore due to all the ARC changes and website re-direction..
Some advise or help would be appreciated.

You bought it in a different way and as such they have to review it. Normally only takes a few hours.

OMG I had the same issue with PP. I got stuck in a Reviewing state for about a month...1 month when I had been using PP since day 1.
PP was going to do nothing for me so I ended up calling PW (emails were not working for me) and they told me to drop my PP case, then PW cancelled the charge, and PP refunded my money.
What did I learn. I learned that PP does not protect it's customers from digital purchases and since then I have stopped using PP for things like this. I actually hate using PP now and I've been with them since day 1.
Buy a game card or use a credit card for now on. If it has been longer than a few days, call PW and ask them to cancel the transaction.
