Missing Accolades

I am missing the accolades "Detective" and "Getting to the Route of Things"
Detective used to be on my accolades list, during my last audit it was missing, as this is a mission that can only be done once, and I completed it years ago, I cannot go back and do it again.
Likewise is "getting to the route of things" I have completed this accolade and guided others in how to find it for several years, as the mission is now archieved however I would appear to have lost the accolade as well.
Please correct or advise how to correct.
