Mising Atmo Flight Training III

I am missing Atmospheric Flight Training III. I purchased this over a month ago and have only now noticed it is not present.

I was advised to post this bug here.

    If you return to the spire and check the store, is it still gone from there or did it possibly revert and become available in the store again?

    I've experienced the same issue with my Tactical Captain and reported it to Cryptic.

    I purchased Flight Training 3 shortly after my fleet reached T3 yet it always displays at Flight Training 2 when flying around the Dyson Sphere.

    This seems to happen to Tactical Captains specifically? Not sure.

    And my ship went slower.........................................

    didnt buy it on any of my other toons

    Romulan Tac is what i bought it on
    Jellico....Engineer ground.....Da'val Romulan space Sci
    Saphire.. Science ground......Ko'el Romulan space Tac

    Since there is a new Undine Space Battlezone coming up to earn Undine marks I care.

    I want the fastest I can go for what I bought...It's another bug that will linger for a while I'm guessing.

    Checked, double checked and triple checked on three different fleet spires. I cannot buy flight training at any level, it is not even an option, so I guess the system recognizes I have it, it's just not giving it to me.
