Does Peanut Labs ever actually respond to support requests?

So I submitted a ticket a week ago about issues with surveys not being tracked. I received two automated emails one saying they will respond in 1 business day and the other confirming my login to Peanut Labs help desk system. That was on Monday. So it has been over 4 business days without them replying.

Has anyone else had issues with them not responding?

Based on what I've heard about them, you are best off avoiding them like the plague.
It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

Don't bother with them, the whole system is a load of scamming rubbish, the free surveys 99% of the time are there just to farm your information and sell it somewhere, I recently completed a paid offer with godaddy which promised 2142 Zen, I didn't get paid the zen I was promised, contacted peanut labs and they basically blew me off with a generic response and won't answer me now.

I really wish this kind of activity was illegal, because scumbag companies like this need some serious punishment, I really don't understand why PWE continues to associate themselves with these crooks.

Best thing you can do is exactly what you just did. Tell your story. Eventually word of mouth (or keyboard) will ensure that their rep goes down the toilet and people stop using them.

I know someone who had the same issue and had to relentlessly chase everyone he could get hold of until the zen was debited. I think it was about a three-month turnaround on that.

I've managed to get a reply from peanutlabs before but I can't remember hwy I got in touch or what the outcome was as I lost interest fairly quickly.

I've sent a ticket to PWE, with any luck it can get sorted out.

They'll just tell you to contact peanut labs. The offers are considered independent of PWE so they won't get involved, if my memory is correct on this one.

I do hope they will do something and help you get it sorted. To me they should.

I've read enough complaints about them here - and have grievances of my own with regard to method - to think it must be bad for business to maintain a business relationship with Peanut Labs. I always wondered what the financial incentive is for a game company to get into to bed with them. Let alone maintain it over multiple years?

Information like that is a marketing arms wet dream. It could be a good thing, but companies like Peanut Labs try to game the system, and as such should be avoided like the forbidden tupperware containing last weeks bad meatloaf.

I made the mistake of trying this when it first came out. I don't think I ever got any Zen either. I consider it a scheme.
