After losing server connection in the dyson ground battlezone, you lose all collected rewards you would otherwise gain by claiming areas. This is because after logging in again you do not get into the same zone # that you were before. Since a mechanism exists that brings you back to the same zone for stfs, it might be possible to implement it in the battlezone as well.
