loadouts not working

Just entered the mirror invasion event to find that my ship setup was messed up: no weapons set to auto fire, the hotbar a complete mess. So I think, sad this still happens, glad I got my setup saved with the new loadouts. Right? Bad idea, loading that removed autofire again and emptied the hotbars completely, then added all the boff skills in the first 2 hotbars.
What a useless mess.
