its not without its good points or bad points to compare but most of the questions have no direct position to being a captain, especially that social app question.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
When I did it the first time I got Picard, but then I decided to try answering so that I would get a specific captain. It was too easy. The only one I had "trouble" with was Kirk from new films, I had to try twice to get him (got the original Kirk in the first attempt).

Nobody gets in until the Federation decides to make bigger doors.
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

The one. The only. James Tiberius Kirk. You lead with your gut, and you're cool under pressure. You inspire undying loyalty in those you lead. And your charm with the ladies gives dudes with a bit of flab hope, everywhere.
But if I answer "anything in a shot glass" instead of "tea, Earl Grey, hot" I get Archer.
More interestingly (to me, at least) answering in-character as my STO mains I get:
Jesu LaRoca = Original Kirk
Ssharki = Picard
Don'el Sander = The Sisko
(BTW, for the social media thing I answered "LinkedIn" each time because I can't imagine any captain wasting his or her time with anything else. Except maybe nuKirk would do twitter.)

I know the feeling, recently did one with Star Wars characters and got Amidala *shudders*.
Anyway I got Ben Sisko in this one.
The only real captain out there.
Back to my Defiant, now.:D
The quiz was kind of predictable in some regards, though. Namely most if not all answers that would result as "Kirk" were extremely obvious.
Also, the 'favorite social media' question was extremely unnecessary, particularly because I don't use any social media.
I guess I am "a touch boring."

"Anything in a shot glass" was my pick... I got Picard.
