Problems with Legacy of Romulus packs....

Anyone else having a problem getting ARC to let them add either of the Legacy of Romulus packs to their cart to be able to buy one right now?
For some reason in Arc and even logged into the website thru a browser when I click on either of the packs the button does nothing.
If I log out of my account I can get it to add the pack but at the point where it asks me to log into my account to complete the purchase it goes to my cart and says my cart is empty.
Anyone got a clue here? I've tried it in the ARC client, with Chrome and Firefox, and on 2 different computers and I am getting the same problem.

thought C-store was the only way to purchase things.
