300-day veteran bonus boost hates non-Federation.

So, I've recently reached the 300-day milestone and while I got the character slot for the account and the fireworks for each character, I noticed that only my Fed characters got their skill point and officer skill point boost updated from the 200-day version to the 300-day one.
Neither my KDF or Romulan players got it (or at least, it's not updated for the icon in sector space or in the passive list). It's not even a bug related to time played on the character, since my most recent character is a Fed and she still got the 300-day version.
