Can't log in with my main character

Title says all:
I can't log in with my main character, the romulan one.
I can normally play with my klingon one, but not with the romulan: WHY ?
EDIT:
system says: "Timed Out Connecting Game Server".
I tried 5 times, but nothing changed.

ok, now it works correctly
