Golden/Rivera Tribble Disappears from C-Store on Any Tribble Purchase

When a new or existing character purchases an IDIC, Borg, or Fluidic Space Tribble, the Golden/Rivera Tribble disappears as an option for purchase from ALL characters on that account.

When a character purchases but does NOT open the Golden/Rivera Tribble, and then mails/trades the Tribble to another character on another account, the Golden/Rivera Tribble disappears as an option for all characters on that account. It does not re-appear as an option to purchase again for the character that traded/mailed the Golden/Rivera Tribble.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Check that a character on an account who does not have the Golden/Rivera Tribble in their inventory has the option to buy the Golden/Rivera Tribble.
2. Check that other characters on the account who do not have the Golden/Rivera Tribble in their inventory Golden/Rivera Tribble.
3. Have a character purchase ANY Z-store Tribble except the Golden/Rivera Tribble
4. The Golden/Rivera Tribble disappears from the Z-store for ALL characters on the account.

1. Have a character with a new, unopened Golden/Rivera Tribble check the Z-store for presence of Golden/Rivera Tribble.
2. Have the character trade/mail the Golden/Rivera Tribble to a character on another account.
3. Golden/Rivera Tribble does not re-appear for re-purchase in the Z-store.

This behavior began after the latest patch that put the Galaxy Bundle on the Z-store.

Actually, all of those tribbles are permanently removed from the c-store after purchasing just 1 of them, despite the info in the c-store indicating you can buy as many as you want (but are limited to 1 per character, per tribble). So if you purchase a Golden Tribble, it will be gone from the c-store for good. You will never be able to buy it ever again unless you can find any in the exchange.

See my post over a year ago in a thread about it http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=7105161#post7105161 Screenshots in the post still work and there are links to much older threads about this problem.

Been well over a year now since I purchased a single Tribble of Borg from the c-store. It still no longer shows up as an option to buy for any character I am logged into, even characters I've created a year after buying it. Edit: As per my old post in the link, the Tribble of Bord did NOT come packed in a box. It went straight into my inventory as an item and became bound once I equipped it. If there are any in the exchange they are in the personal devices category, instead of reward packs where they should be.

I'm not sure about the IDIC tribble. I could have sworn I saw a bug report about it having the same problem, with being permanently being removed after buying 1, shortly after it was released to the c-store during the summer of 2013.

Still waiting to buy another Tribble of Borg from the c-store. You guys want more zen or not?

    @monkeybone13,

Thanks for your information. My own account has the "Legacy Unlock" Rivera, it was a family member's that we noticed the behavior and checked on.

I can confirm that you can buy multiple IDIC tribbles without locking out the IDIC tribble. It seems to lock out the Golden/Rivera tribble however.

I guess the solution is to make a free account, buy enough Zen to get a Golden Tribble, mail it yourself, and never use the account again. Seems like a bug that would be fixed however . . .

Yeah I wasn't sure about the IDIC tribble, but as I had pointed out the rivera and golden tribbles in the c-store, as well as the tribble of borg, have been removed completely after purchasing them once for players. It's a really old bug now that I wish they would friggen fix.
