Galaxy 2-Piece Set Not Working Together

Just an FYI I am running the antimatter spread console and the ship separation module. There is zero advertised effect in the game that's been advertised in the release notes. Together my ship has no increase in hull and no increase in weapon power. Is one else experiencing this issue?

    Set Bonus – The Antimatter Spread Console and Saucer Separation Console will enjoy a
    2 piece set bonus. Equipping both will grant you:

    +20 Starship Starship Hull Plating skill (This skill improves your Starship's resistance to Energy damage)

    +20 Starship Armor Reinforcement skill (This skill improves your Starship's Damage Resistance to Kinetic and Physical damage)

    +1 Turn Rate bonus

    Right click 1 of the set items and select Info. Scroll down to the listed set bonuses and you get a more detailed description of what they do.
