Massive Nerf to all weapons

Is anyone else noticing the major lack of damage fleet weapons are suddenly doing? My avenger running all fleet mk XII plasma arrays [acc]x2 [dmg]x2 have gone from doing 1.5K-2K normal dmg to 700 normal dmg with 4 mk XI rare plasma tactical consoles. Am I missing something here? This is pathetic, I'm in elite stfs doing 400dmg against borg. Is this some type of temporary glitch, has the universe in star trek been sucked into a black hole? Is anyone else experiencing a significant reduction in their ship(s) ability to dish out damage?

Also when you're in sector space the dmg potential per weapon is usually half that when you're in an actual system. Not the case here, my fleet weapons in sector space show 420dmg, in planetary space its more like 440dmg, when its usually around 802.

    I did 25.8k dps last friday as a human engineer flying an Avenger beam boat in ISE. Which is my high i might add. The only weird thing i noticed was i did a borg red alert and my weapon damage on my tooltray was 5-10% less then normal. Not sure if it's always been that way or if that's recent. Heck i was doing some testing so i may have set my weapon power at 95 instead of 100. Ya i bet that's what i did.

    Try increasing weapon power level i guess. My beams say they do over 1,253.7 rom plasma mk xii crtDx2 and 1443.4 Kinetic cutting beam while in space next to ESD. Make sure you're looking at the stats via the weapon tooltray and not the weapon's tooltip. The results are way different.

    I'll admit I'm rather confused. Comparing reported dmg while hovering the pointer above the weapon in the ship menu window vs the firing window near the BOFF tray I'm getting some pretty large variabliites.

    With weapon power at its nomral level of 116 for my engineer (all weapons are fleet):

    Antiproton DHC: 802dmg vs 2K+ dmg (4 antiproton mk XI rare tact consoles)
    Plasma Beam Array: 461dmg vs 1,123dmg (4 plasma mk XI rare tact consoles)
    Plasma DBB: 590dmg vs 1,436dmg (4 plasma mk XI rare tact consoles)
    Phaser Beam Array: 435dmg vs 1,015.7dmg (3 phaser mk XI rare tact consoles)

    My actual dmg levels are appearing to be far less than these stats. The antiproton DHC are dishing out 700dmg pretty regularly and inflicting critical hits of 1.5K, when just two days ago they were putting out critical hits in the 4K-5K range and normal dmg was around 1.5K-2K. Either I'm just tired or these numbers arent adding up somehow.

    No changes to my gear so that's not an issue.

    You do know that weapon damage is based on range right? Get closer to the targets. Debuffs to resistance makes a huge difference as well. It's why attack pattern beta is so powerful.
