Dissappearing Dilithium

A day's worth of refined Dilthium just completely disappeared from one of my characters.
I was on the exchange buying Zen, I submitted an offer to buy, the Dilithium disappeared but no Zen or Outstanding offers appeared on the exchange.
My chat window even lists the items below, but I did not receive any Zen and there are no outstanding offers.

[CurrencyExchangeSuccess] Dilithium Exchange offer created.
Can I please have my Dilithium back.
