Game client and Login2_Time out

Game client and Login2_Time out were the two problems I saw around 3:30pm PST. The gameclient happended as I was going from K-7 Starbase to STF ICE map then the Login2_Time out occurred when loging back in. Prior to this I had just finished Starbase fleet alert federation side and it was lagging prior to that had colony invasion fed side no lag.
