Cryptic show some love for the B'rel and change its console layout ?

    BLAST from the PAST! B'rel's meh. Besides, it fires torps while cloaked. The T'varo Retro has a Singularity Core and is forced to have 40 less overall power levels.
    I would love to visit this star in-game...or maybe this one!

    I can also confirm this. I have succesfully commanded a T'Varo, Hegh'ta and a regular non-fleet B'rel in PVE.
