Cannot Claim Voth Bridge Officer

I don't know what I am missing. Is this a bug?

I have completed Tier 5 of the Dyson Reputation. I did not have any room for another bridge officer when I completed the mission to pick up Nelen Exils.

I bought 2 more bridge officer slots. Then went into the Dyson Reputation store to purchase the Voth Bridge officer but it is grayed out telling me that I have not met the requirements?

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something here?

The Voth Bridge Officer is a reward from the mini-mission you get at Tier 5 Dyson Reputation, you shouldn't have to buy it from a store.

Take a look at your Bridge-Officer Candidates (the voth should be there), or maybe in your inventory (if your Candidates-Roster was full while you did the mission).

Found him! OK, it was rather hidden in the Stations menu.
