Omega Set Costume Types 2+3 not available

I've completed the Tier V of Task Force Omega and it says it gives you the unlock projects for the Custume type 2 and 3 for the maco and omega ground set XII, I have the complete omega ground set and have completed all the maco costume ulocks and whilst I can select all maco looks in the cotume I cannot for the omega and there are no omega custume unlock projects, and I have also completed all the elite STF optional objectives.
I have found out that it's not working for a lot of people, I've also found a related thread about it http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=616691
Which has not has a support update in quite some time, so it would be nice if a support agent would update us on it's progress.
