Depends what you're looking for for your character really. I've pretty much ignored the Lobi store, except for one of my characters who is a 29th Century timeship Captain, trapped in the 25th Century with his crew, having rescued their damaged Wells class from the Tholians. Because it was appropriate for his character, I bought the Temporal Warfare Set, the Wells class uniform pack, and the 29th century phaser weapons.

This character is why I don't play my Romulan any more. Tovan Khev is NOT my BFF! Get him off my bridge!
How much do you have and what are you into? Pets, costumes, weapons, ships, unique bridge officers, or do you just want to convert Lobi into Energy Credits? The problem is that what is worth the cost on the Lobi Store varies from person to person so we need more information to answer your question. Although, if you are Fed side, then the Photonic Tactical Bridge Officer is pretty cool. It has the same look as the holograms in the Facility 4028 mission and can summon its own holographic drone similar to the drones that Engineers can summon, but it is pricy.
Some of them are useful, some of them are.. mediocre. The primary drawback is that the items are bound to the character that purchases them and are not account-wide/transferable. Do your research beforehand and make absolutely sure that whatever you go for is something you will, without a doubt, make use of.
The safest bet is generally the Tachyokinetic Converter. It offers a substantial boost to both agility and criticals. The rest is largely dependent upon what you want to do.
There is a lot of stuff that the Lobi consortium has that a lot of people will say is worthwhile, and it won't all be the same stuff.
I have bought a few things, but I am not going to tell anyone that a single one of those items is a "must buy", nor would I tell anyone to avoid anything (except the self-targeting weapons, if I understand how those work).
You really need to look at what you have to spend, what you can get for that amount, and how it compares to other options, including but certainly not limited to whether someone has posted those item(s) on the exchange.
Have some lobi lying around and would like to know what items from the lobi store are worth the cost?
FYI if you put your lobi into your inventory then right click it, brings up the store no matter where you are.

By and large, nothing is "worth" the amount you would have to spend to afford it.
That being said, the things there are nice. Ships are probably the best Lobi sink, but there are a couple of consoles in the store which might classify being worth buying - tachyokinetic converter being amongst them.
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.

The rest of it is hit or miss depending on what you want and need. I bought the upgraded JH set, but that is not for everyone...
Some of the consoles have a place for some setups. Most of it is just "odd" and the usefulness depends on the player far too much.
