Problems turning in a mission

I have having problems turning in the mission Friend or Foe. I have tried restarting the mission, changing characters, logging out of the game, going back to the Vor System in the Pi Canis sector block but for some damn reason when it gets to the point where i have to report to K'mtar after talking to Worf i can do nothing. Is it bugged or am I just missing something.

    It's far from obvious but look in your screen's lower right corner (unless you rearranged your UI elements). There's a new button there allowing you to contact him.
