No Monthly Zen received

Last month I reported I never received my monthly zen after signing up back in October as a gold member. Tech support claims I have gotten them around the 3rd of each month. So, I decided to test them out. The results are in...they are wrong!

I haven't played the game the last few weeks. I only signed each day to process the dilithium I had collected. Today, Feb. 9th, I checked how much zen I had. I only had 24. 24!

So tech support, customer support, or whatever you call yourself, how do you explain that? Don't tell me I had received it because that would be a LIE!

    You need to file a ticket. There is no one on this forum who can help you. The process goes through PWE, not Cryptic.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    You just have to contact support and hope it gets fixed.
