Missing Legacy Pack Features

I have the Legacy of Romulus Pack and it says that I should have 30 Masterkeys.
I do not see these, are they for Romulans only despite it saying "Unlocks only once per account on a character of your choosing."?

Also how do I get the forum content for Survivor of Romulus,Rihannsu and Survivor of Remus.

    I have found the keys but yet to find the other forum features.

    I don't think there are any links to editing your title ANYWHERE in the user control panel on the forums, PWE site, or Cryptic site. I managed to find this by doing a search on the forums for the word "title" by users named "branflakes"

    it's on the top left corner of every single page on the forum if you are logged in, Below the "Forums" banner and right next to the ad banner that usually has the free zen offers. click the "Edit your avatar" link.
