Yes Holodeck inspired rewards for the rep system! Let's not forget Dixon Hill's Tommy gun (with built in Borg remodulator).
This would also be a fantastic weapon against the Borg in ground STFs. Imagine that - a Foundry reward that would also breathe new life into another of the most moribund areas of STO.
As for other holodeck/holosuite-inspired rewards, maybe a Vic Fontaine purple Entertainer DOff as well.
