Romulan Hyper-plasma Torpedo Launcher

After some testing earlier it seems that with 3 projectile weapon DOFFS that the the torp does not proc anymore. I've read in the patch notes that they changed the omega torpedo but no mention of the Romulan one? can someone clear this up?

    Confirmed, Romulan hyper plasma launcher no longer triggers projectile weapon officers. Please fix. :(
