Game crash upon BOFF Dismissal

About fifteen minutes ago, my game crashed after dismissing one of my Boffs. The Boff was a n engineering Boff received in the Federation Tutorial. It happened right after entering Regulus Sector Block, and after purchasing a new Boff on the Exchange.

Personally, I think Zarva did it out of spite.
I fear for my life.
