Stuck in Tutorial

So I had a new toon on the Miranda bridge during the tutorial when the lights went out, and when I came back, my character was spazzing and was unable to move. I've tried /stuck, changing instance, even relogging; none of those worked, and Zekky continues to have a seizure. Am I the only one having this problem?
