So cool, still nothing that kdf deserves, what we need is a real kdf ship and not mimic of fed ships like the destroyer and the mogh are.

If you ask me, the Avenger is a mimic of the Mogh, they just released that one first out of the blue because $$$$$. There was no mention about a Fed. battlecruiser before, while a new KDF one was actually promised months before that.
And this last one...frankly it's more of a Klignon ship than a mimic of a Fed one. Only the hull material ruins that impression. It's a science ship that can cloak, mount DHC and turn into a destroyer on a whim. It has Klingon written all over it. If anything, the Fed. one is a copy of the KDF one.
I heard the secondary deflector and the hot swap from science to tactical won't be included in the c-store version. Which makes me think why would anyone want to buy it. For any faction. Correct me if I am wrong please!

So as far as I know, the situation is like this:
The deflector, impulse engine and shield that come with the Tuvok FE together with the warp core that comes from the anniversary ship form a 4-piece set with bonuses (ones that can already be seen in the new FE).
As far as I know, there is a 3-piece set bonus without the warpcore.
Then, the secondary deflector that comes with the anniversary ship combined with the 3 consoles that will come from each Nov class in the C-Store bundle form another 4-piece set with other bonuses (currently unknown what bonuses those are).

The C-Store versions will have secondary deflectors, it just won't be the deflector that makes 4-piece set bonus. The C-Store versions will also be able to hot swap from science to tactical just like the anniversary ship. As expected they'll probably have +10% to hull & shields and + 1 console slot.
Basically it boils down to how much one fancies those double 4 piece bonuses. I haven't had much time to dwelve into them much, but from the looks of it they'll be very nice for this particular ship - no suprise there since they'll be tailored for this ship.
I'm fairly certain that in time people will make better builds that would see all those required itmes for those bonuses as a setback for some bigger output. I'm also certian that in time we'll probably have better fleet secondary deflectors and whatnot. Besides, even now there are people that will probaly want to have a different set on their Nov class.
So TL;DR, you got it wrong - the C-Store variant will be better in any conceivable way than the anniversary one. It will just have access to two 3-piece sets instead of two 4-piece sets if you don't grind the anniversary one. The swap mechaninc is there to stay as well as the secondary deflector which shortly after this will be implemented on all other science ships.

Of the 3 c-store ships, One will likely be a clone of the anni ship but with one additional console slot, and one of the set consoles.. the other two will have different consoles, and different secondary deflectors.. and all three ships will have different skins, and possible slightly different shapes.. (possibly.. we won't know for certain untill we actually see the ships)

The Synergism's are going to be frightening for those that can pull it off. I expect that in PvP the Dyson ships are going to be at the top of the of the "KILL FIRST list For KDF the c-store version(s) are just going to be slightly better adding additional ship skins and the three consoles. There may be eventually a fleet version, but for now for KDF its the best we have a a lot of levels. ANd that's even compared to the current dedicated science ships of the allied Gorn. The big V carriers, still have their pets which is a very potent damage dealer with existing abilitys and the soon to be added secondary delectors.
Wonder how popular these things are going to be between the 3 player groups, namely the Feds. The Feds already have an outstanding Science Vessel lineup. But these ships are going to be very popular with the KDF & Romulans. Both groups are quite starved in dedicated Science Vessels. The KDF has Carriers, but their handling leave much to be desired in applying SCI abilities to targets on the flanks and rear.
ive just used my featured series lobi n some ec for keys to get the dyson ship for my KDF sci Cat. i like it ive gone for dyson cannons n the console two set + 2 critH fleet consoles n 1 of the dyson rep tac console. i like this ship so far, but i only had time to do one mission before i loged off.

Yeah I've done that, but after I wrote the original reply. I have no idea what I didn't think of that from the get go, on my second rund through the FE to get the pieces for my Vesta I remembered to check the bonuses and there they were - all the descriptions about them.

Like I mentioned before, this will not be the case.
The C-Store version will have the secondary deflector, which will soon enough become integral part of all science ships and not only these. And the Destroyer/Science hot swap mechanic is basically the essence behind these ships so rest assured that the C-Store versions will have that as well.
