Weird, they said a week. 3 days is not a week and they clearly said;
To celebrate our upcoming 4-year anniversary event (which starts this Thursday, 1/30), and to thank you for making 2013 the best year for Star Trek Online yet, we are excited to announce that we will be giving away FREE C-Store items this week! As we will feature something different each day, you won?t want to miss out!
That just says the giveaway is this week, not all this week. Main part being a lack of ALL. It is just 3 days.
I reckon it will be something costume related today. Maybe the dress up official smart tuxedo one? I forget its real name. And a small/low tier ship on Wed?

A Romulan Strike Team, Missing Farmers and an ancient base on a Klingon Border world. But what connects them? Find out in my First Foundary mission: 'The Jeroan Farmer Escapade'
Instead of trying to predict. How about just being grateful for a freebie
Speculating what we'll get is fun. That doesn't mean we don't appreciate the freebies. In fact, most people do.
Tyr shall give me strength! For the glory of Tempus! I am the hands of Shar! Flames of Kossuth, protect me! Oghma, grant me knowledge! Lolth commands, and I obey!
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I Predict that at 10 AM Cryptic time, the internet... will go down for exactly 24 hours for every person in the world, just so no one can claim todays item. XD

Not alot there were some that found getting a Horta a bit of urine extraction. That is why not to speculate, because when it isn't what you hope for then that causes people to moan and whinge.

which i find funny, becasue it used to be a per character item, but the one they gave away for free was account wide..... lets say you got 12 chars..... thats 12x300=3600 zen worth of items right there you can get for 0 EC (going rate is several mil a horta) i dont know, but to me.... the math works out well. and should you re-roll any of yoru chars, oh look, even more zen saved, and you get something thats reusable and good at distracting things while you melt their face off.

It's not simply "Oh it's not a Scimitar as a freebie, that's a TRIBBLE take". It's in combination with the fact that so-called "free" Anniversary ship is yet another grindfest, and in comparison to the previous freebie giveaway, so far these things are looking like the cheap stuff that doesn't sell.
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.
So, I picked up the Horta thing we got for free yesterday and added it to a FED toon I'm leveling. Busting thru a Klingon augment factory last night and my Horta takes off... No idea where it went... Finish blasting Klingons and Gorn and move to the next room... Here comes my Horta wriggling back to me in a room full of dead Klingons! My first thought... "Dang, dude..."
As for what we get today... My vote's on a tribble... no way they'll give anything for free that favors one faction over another. Tribbles are universal... Wish there was a tribble that spurted ROM marks when we stroke it...

I'd like a ship-slot, as a prelude to the anniversary ship, but realistically I think it'll be... A shuttle non-combat pet. That or a T1 or T3 ship. (I would have said a uniform, but they made the Khan one especially for ARC users, and I doubt there will be another given away this soon).

Regarding the bolded part, if you were here at Season 7, you would have gotten the Mol'rihan Tribble, which gives you one Romulan Mark per hour, plus other buffs. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
A day ending in a Y causes players to moan and whinge.
I don't. I'm grateful for anything that is given free regardless of what it is. If I can claim it YAYYY if not OHH WELL, It can be the most awful costume pack in game, just because it was free doesn't mean I have to use it.
so the fluff is out the way, now it goes from light to medium. probably a ship in the early tier i would imagine. hopefully 1 ship/1 faction each, perhaps around t2-t3 i would imagine.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
Why the obsession with a ship giveaway? Seeing how they've turned the other giveaway (anniv ship) into a major grind-fest, I'm rather doubting they'll just release a z-store ship for free.
A self replicating nano Tribble that generates tons and tons of Zen dust and after you managed to collet 12K of Zen dust you can convert it into 1 Zen and then you can repeat the same thing in another 25 days for 40 Zen dust until you reach the 12K Zen dust needed to craft 1 Zen and then another 25 days. ahhh never mind this does not make any sense....

Yes, but we had to work hard and suffer through an agonizing hour of play on New Rom's annoying missions to get said tribble.
I'm not being sarcastic, either. Outside of running through it all once (JUST once) to unlock all the transporter pads and finish the first mission chains, it's one of the most annoying and hated environments that cryptic produced. It's like pulling teeth.
That said, I don't even use the tribble. I don't use any, anymore. Not the dil tribble, not the nukara tribble, not the rom tribble. Once you get to a certain point, ONE mark is useless.

You might not like it, but I found it to be quite a soothing part of the game - Far more like the ideals of Star Trek than blowing up 20-odd ships every mission, killing 10,000-ish people.
Defera though, that's is just an evil, evil area...
Hmmm... So now I think about it, a Tribble that provides one of every mark an hour, that would be tasty.
I once had, thru various reasons, gotten a Nukara rep project to 499 out of 500 marks... Pulled out the tribble and stroked its fuzziness once, and got my 500th mark... was glad that night I didn't have to fly thru another CE or shoot 30 more Tholians just because they were there...

it's to prevent spamming.... you know when you can hit the "edit" button to add to your post instead of making a new one....

I predict stuff.
So the KDF gets the hardest hitter here.

I bet a Commander or Captain-rank ship for all three factions. Maybe a LC ship.
but tomorrow i predict c-store varanus for kdf (since they've had c-store draguas/phalanx giveaways before)

If the Mol'Rihan tribble is in the c-store, maybe I'll pick it up after the freebies have been determined...
Thanks!
