Targeting me

Yes, any time I form an away team, no matter how I configure my team, the opponents ALWAYS attacks me first and tries incessantly to take out my character first. Even if my characters don't wear rank and I do nothing but sit off to the side - not even buff anyone.

Very unrealistic. How would they know who's leading unless every opponent is a telepath?

    Sounds like you need to look into how much threat you are generating. I would say off hand you are probably painting a great big target on yourself and that is why you are pulling all the agro.
