Yes, fire, at least in Foundry missions, does absolutely no damage.

Pretty unrealistic.

    The foundry has no AoE damage or environmental damage. This is known, this is thanks to people using it to be jerks. might change, we can hope, NW has it, maybe that means NW players are less jerky
