Dyson Rep Costume Unlock

Got an issue with the Heavy Combat Armor Costume Reward in the Dyson Rep system. Apparently I can't collect it because it says I can only have one of a unique item, and there's no way I can clear the slot. Any fixes for this???

Typically to cancel a project, you must first click on the project to highlight it, look off to the upper right for an option to cancel project (usually where the claim button sits also). If it is selected as the next project, doing the exact same method will usually list an option to cancel next.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the problem in this case is that the project is already done and all I can do is collect the reward. As far as I can see there's nothing that suggests I can cancel it either once I completed the project and it doesn't show up as a next project either.

yeah than this issue is going to need some technical support from the Cryptic people. This reminds me of the issue they had with people stuck with the CE event slotted, and couldn't cancel it to do the Risa event (the major reason as to why now there are 3 slots for events instead of 1).
