Gravity well fails to last if deployed on fighters, HY torps, mines, or other objects

Been noticing this for a very long time, enemy fighters or object like mines or high yield torpedoes, if you deploy a gravity well on them directly and not a tougher target like a true ship, the gravity well won't persist more than a couple seconds when those objects are destroyed by it instantly.
