Cryptic Error when selecting Plesh Brek

Hi All,

When i obtained and opened my Plesh Brek raider with my romulan captain, the game crashed instantly when i opened the box containing the ship. Ever since then, whenever i try to change ships, if i click the Plesh, i get another instant cryptic error. Verifying the game files has proven futile, the issue continually occurs no matter what steps i take.

Now the exact same thing is happening to my Fed Tac. I've submitted tickets and reinstalled the whole game, to no avail. Please help!
