Cystal SHell set no giving 3 pc power/ not recognizing all 3 part sets.

Hi guys - was wondering to see if any of you have seen this error:
I have the Crystalline Shell Mk XII set. It worked fine forever. I jsut noticed hwoever yesterday that it is not seeing all 3 of the pieces when equipped. Before you ask:
1) I do have all 3 of the correct pieces at Mk XII. Like I said, It worked fine for some time.
2) I made sure that the Cryo Pulsewave was the current armed weapon (it doesn't matter but just to be sure I did it anyway)
Things to note:
1) I just recently purchased the MK XII shield from the OTHER Tholian set, the "Reflective Bulwark" Set. And before you ask, no, I did not mix up the shields. I placed THAT shield on a Boff.
2) I do own one of the older, leveless versions of the Crystaline Shell shields. I cant turn it in or do anything with it, but it is simply on a Boff.
Things I tried:
1) Confirmed I had the correct set on, double checked all components.
2) Took off set, then re-armed set. No change, still only showed 2/3 of the items.
3) When removing one at a time, it wold still show 2/3! I will need to triple check this to be sure. It would be nice to narrow it down to a single component.
Keep in mind, I hate reporting bugs, so I troubleshoot like a TRIBBLE before coming here. Anyone else with this set noticing this?
